How to Get There.
From Victoria Town -Labuan
Take Bus No.2 . The smaller bus will go run non stop, the bigger bus will travel every hour, or when the bus is full. Bus fare is RM1 each way.
Taxi . Catch the Taxi in Town or call 087 411878 for a Cab. You need to pay R2 extra for the Radio Taxi. The normal charge is RM10 one way.
From Kuala Lumpur -
Malaysia Airlines and Air Asia have several flights a day to the Island.
From Kota Kinabalu -
By Air & By Boat.
By Road - The cheapest and easiest. Take the Labuan Ferry Coach (Menumbok Express or One Borneo) at the Bus Station opposite The High Court Building, KK City. For RM19, the fare includes the bus ticket to Menumbok (RM14) plus the ferry ticket to Labuan (RM5), all in air con comfort. The coach will depart KK at 6.30 & 0730 a.m. and 1230 & 1.30 p.m. for the Labuan Ferry schedules of 1030 a.m. and 1630 p.m. respectively. The bus journey takes 2 hours and the ferry 1.5 hours.
By Boat - Go to Jesselton Point and take the Labuan Express Boat (Long Cabin Cruiser) at 7.30a.m. and 1.30 p.m. The journey takes 3 hours and costs RM38 one way. It is hop on/ hop off convinence but it crossses open sea (South China Sea).
